Payment and rights

✦ I only use P.P. for payments for now, and my preferred currency is USD. Payments must be made before I can start your commission, but I am open to discuss payment plans on commission orders above $100 USD. For clarification of what exactly P.P. is, contact me.
✦ DO NOT copy, repost, distribute, trace, or use any artwork commissioned or found on this site without my explicit written permission. Art is only to be used by me or by the commissioners who have paid for it, and to do otherwise is extremely disrespectful.
✦ I reserve the right to post your commission to social media and share it on my accounts. If this makes you uncomfortable, just let me know beforehand!
✦ I reserve the right to refuse (and in extreme cases, blacklist) commissioners who deliberately disobey my TOS or otherwise are disrespectful or unsavory to work with. This includes harassment over prices or manipulation for free or discounted work.
✦ If for whatever reason at any point after the time of agreement I am unable to complete your commission and have not started work, you will receive a full refund. If I have already started your commission and am unable to complete it, you will receive a partial refund based on the amount of work done by me at the time of termination. After the commission is completed, there will be no refunds permitted on the finished work.

What I won't draw

✦ Anything blatantly hateful, derogatory, or otherwise offensive. It is my choice as the artist to define what does and doesn't fit within these parameters.
✦ Excessive violence/gore. Realistic gore OK as long as it's in a more anatomical context. "Candy" gore (colorful, glittery, or otherwise unrealistic/fantasy) OK.
✦ Commissions based off of written word alone. You MUST provide some sort of visual reference for the character(s) you would like me to draw. I will not design characters from scratch.
✦ Extreme fetish content. See NSFW Gallery + Prices tab for further details.
✦ I refuse to discuss NSFW content of any kind with any commissioner under the age of 18.

Time estimates

✦ The date of completion for commissions can range anywhere from a few weeks to a few months depending on my uncertain schedule and size or detail required for your commission. If the process is taking longer than expected for whatever reason, I will notify you accordingly. You are also welcome to check the status of a commission at any time, and I encourage you to do so if you feel uncertain. Please understand that delays may occur and I ask for your patience when inquiring about a commission, thank you!
✦ If you require your commission completed before a specific deadline, you will be charged a small fee depending on the timeframe given from order to completion. If commission completion is required by a deadline, ALWAYS make sure to specify deadline dates when you order your commission BEFORE I begin work! Failure to do so may result in an unfinished delivery, and absolves your right to a refund of any kind.
